Initial Conversation

Establishing a good relationship is key for you to get your project done the way you want. Through a series of phone calls and e-mails, we will go over the design style and thoughts you have for your home addition.

We will establish a timeline, budgeting process and answer all your questions. We also might ask for pictures of the area, space, or ideas you might have. This will give us a visual so we can provide you with better information about your project.

When you feel like we are a good fit the next step in the BIL Specialties process is to schedule an in-person visit.

Home Meet-Up

When we come to your place we will take a closer look at the home addition or renovation area. We will also have a more in-depth conversation on your vision and goals with this project.

We will also go over the decision process and what you should expect from us as a contractor.

The most important part of our meeting is to make sure we are on the same page with you. It’s important that we listen and understand your goals.

Once we have a better understanding of what you are looking for we will go to work on the next step estimates and price quotes.

Estimates & Quotes

Our job is to find the best people at the best prices to make your vision come true.

From the information we talked about we will get quotes from our proven team of professionals. They will look at your project and provide us with estimates.

We will take all of the estimates and provide you with a quote based on the best possible work done at the best possible price.

Agreement

After you agree to the budget of your project the next step is the agreement. This is to give you peace of mind and outline everything that you want to have done.

There will be a detailed description of the work to be done. It will also outline the timeline of how long it will take and when certain steps of the construction process will be complete.

A payment schedule will also be included in the agreement. Not only the total cost of the project will be listed but a breakdown of partial payments if needed. Partial payments are needed on bigger projects after certain parts of the project are completed.

Construction Phase

This is when the fun begins! Your vision starts to come to life!

We will get to work on your project. Our job as a home addition contractor in Dallas is to organize and oversee the work being done.

We will do everything we can to accommodate you to have minimal impact on your daily life.

With our streamlined process, we will also provide you updates on the progress and stay in constant contact with you.

Punch List

As work is being completed on your project we will conduct a walk-thru making a list of all the details that might have been missed.

A punch list will make sure the work done is up to our and your standards.
